THE NEED FOR VIRTUAL SALES PRESENTATION
To achieve results, Ideal Biomass uses a team of telesales operators alongside their Virtual Sales Presentation. All the data is imported into the Virtual Sales Presentation and then distributed to the relevant sales operator. The Sales Manager is then able to monitor both the activity and, more importantly, results.
This method helps the company to manage the whole process and control operators’ performance. They can see who is doing well or who needs help with additional training. The business runs competitions, publishes results and uses the Virtual Sales Presentation to drive up the performance of the whole team.
